Promote cooperation and development between both countries in the area of S&T by promoting Korea-Hungary bilateral joint research projects

Support joint research in the five main areas that are expected to generate a synergistic effect through bilateral cooperation

Research areas: Bio/life science, materials engineering (including nanomaterials), ICT, environmental engineering

Eligibility: Researchers affiliated with institutions and organizations under Article 14 (1) of the Basic Research Promotion and Technology Development Support Act

Summary: Provide support for R&D expenses and expenses for activities related to establishing cooperative networks

Period: 2 years

Funding: KRW 65 million (HUF 15.66 million*) per project, total of 6 projects

 * approximation based on exchange rate of 1 HUF = 4.15 KRW
