Eligibility: Those who obtained a doctoral degree at a domestic or overseas university within 5 years and are aged at 39 or younger

Summary: Provide support for training and research expenses

Period: 5 years (3+2)

Funding: KRW 130 million (USD 118 thousand*) annually, including overhead costs

 * approximation based on exchange rate of 1 USD = 1,100 KRW
