In line with the EU’s Horizon 2020 R&D policy, promote participation by Korean researchers in joint research projects with the EU, thereby ensuring that European original technology is secured and Korean researchers possess enhanced research capacity

Research areas: All Horizon 2020 research areas

Eligibility: Korean researchers participating in Horizon 2020 as an official partner

Summary: Provide support for joint research, overseas business trip expenses

Period: 2–4 years (adjustable based on the EU research period)

Funding: KRW 150 million (EUR 111 thousand*)

 * approximation based on exchange rate of 1 EUR = 1,350 KRW
