Dear Sir/Madam

I have received 생애 첫연구 Grant in March 2020. For my research data collection, I need to travel to various places in Korea for survey. I would like to know whether  using personal car is allowed for business trips. The Korean government has been encouraging use of personal vehicles  due to risk of COVID-19 infection however my university insists that I use public transportation. 

Could you let me know if there is any updated rule in regard with the current pandemic and transportation?
