Dear Sir/Madam,

I am pursuing both academic and research works as Assoc. Prof. in TED University, Ankara, Turkey.

I would like to pursue a scientific research in Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) with Prof. Dr. H. K. We are planning to work on photonic metamaterials and integrated quantum photonics for possible application them to the design of photonic integrated circuits. In particular, on designing of real optical logic gates (integrable and usable which is compact and efficient) and eventually optical transistor.

For this reason, I want to apply for Brain Pool Researcher Exchange program for financial support to make research in School of Electrical Engineering at KAIST.

Can you give more detailed information about this fellowship?

I would like to know this program still continue or discontinue? If the program still continue, when the call of proposal will be published? Where I can find information about application documents and application procedure?

I tried to write e-mail to the coordinator of this program to Leehyen CHO. However, my e-mails are not delivered and returned to me.

I have attached my CV in case if you need additional information about my research and administrative background.

Thank you in advance,

Mirbek Turduev
